The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and up to 0.075% FS at its highest precision). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its sturdy metal housing and completely sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains a paragon of stability and reliability.
With integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its own status. In the event of a fault, it activates a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', pinpointing the exact faulty unit for easy maintenance, repair, and replacement. Convenience and simplicity at your fingertips..
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed through warning or fault protection currents, allowing automatic diagnostics of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective part can be directly replaced onsite without the need for readjustment.
