The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a remarkable baseline accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, continuously monitoring its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it activates alert mode, signaling with alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD automatically displays an Err code, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes..
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated via warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.
