The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter ensures basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its pinnacle. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its strong performance against electromagnetic interference guarantees the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its own status in real time. When predefined thresholds are exceeded, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit for easier and more convenientmaintenance and replacement.
The diagnostic function is also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
