The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with potential to reach 0.075% FS). It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure remarkable stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time self-monitoring. In case of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and issuing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD automatically displays 'Err,' quickly identifying and diagnosing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
