The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, this device maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, leading to substantial maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability in performance.

Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. It transforms sensor signals through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to generate digital signals, followed by precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC signals superimposed with HART signals by the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals are directly outputted. The unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored in distinct EEPROMs. Users can directly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, viewing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Parameter setup is also possible via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model includes an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault event, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed via warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
