The ZY8000 series boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest reaching up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to endure extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure outstanding stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
