The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a pinnacle of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. This innovative device amplifies the sensor's signals and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The essential data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users enjoy the convenience of adjusting parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons. Additionally, measurement results, fault information, and operation modes are effortlessly readable on the LCD display. Furthermore, parameter setups can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing recalibration.
