The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In case of anomalies, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Should a malfunction occur, the LCD screen displays an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit for simpler maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
