The ZY8000 goes beyond with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting anomalies, it enters a fault alert mode, signaling with an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The moment a fault is identified, the LCD display promptly shows an 'Err' message, automatically pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit. This streamlined process simplifies maintenance, repairs, and replacements, making the ZY8000 incredibly user-friendly and efficient.
