The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of advanced engineering, integrates a mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. This cutting-edge sensor captures signals, which are then amplified and converted into digital format using a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor ensures precision by performing linear and temperature corrections on these digital signals.
For transmitters leveraging HART protocol, the unit converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters compatible with PROFIBUS-PA and FF output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The vital measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters directly onsite using three intuitive adjustment buttons, viewing measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is seamlessly achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The transmitter's outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. When predefined event thresholds are exceeded, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err,' identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for streamlined maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
