The ZY8000 offers basic accuracy with an outstanding 0.1% FS, peaking at an incredible 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings in maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter shifts into fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (either 3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.
