The ZY8000D can achieve exceptionally accurate pressure measurements for gases, liquids, and other media.
It is extensively utilized across petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, resulting in considerable cost savings on maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the transmitter's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. When predefined event thresholds are exceeded, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err' and automatically identifies and displays the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
