The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and an outstanding peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably retains 99.9% accuracy, ensuring substantial cost savings on maintenance. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 triumphs over severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-status monitoring. When anomalies occur, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA and sending control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repairs, and replacements, making these tasks effortless and user-friendly.
