The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is the epitome of advanced engineering, leveraging a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. This ingenious system transforms sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature correction within the robust microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a sophisticated D/A converter. Meanwhile, for models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The measuring unit's data along with the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users are empowered to adjust parameters directly on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is conveniently accessible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. When faults occur, the LCD automatically displays 'Err', analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement processes..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
