The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an optional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This innovative device processes sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output, augmented by a superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly emit full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The crucial data of the measurement unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters directly at the measurement site using three adjustment buttons, and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be executed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', identifying and displaying faulty units to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced on-site without readjustment, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operation.
