The ZY8000 Intelligent Remote Sealing Digital Pressure Transmitter is engineered with exceptional precision boasting a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and reaching up to 0.075% FS at its highest performance. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this transmitter retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, dramatically reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stressors. Integrated with advanced diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real time. Upon detecting predefined irregularities, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err' and automatically pinpoints and displays the defective unit, significantly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
