The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies and processes signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter to generate precise digital outputs. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections to ensure unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For those utilizing HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC range with superimposed HART signals through a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it delivers direct full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs, allowing users to adjust parameters directly on-site via three adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides clear readings of measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter setup is facilitated through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 model includes an integrated diagnostic function that permits real-time monitoring of its own operational status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a malfunction is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the fault, and identifies the problematic unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement processes significantly more straightforward and convenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated either as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on site without requiring recalibration.
