The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with peak performance reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined anomalies, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen displays an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and
convenient.
