The ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, operates at 0.1% FS with the highest precision at 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly saving costs in maintenance. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000's integrated diagnostic function continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.and making these processes far more convenient..
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms may be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
