The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a pinnacle of innovation, incorporating cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a meticulously crafted modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies the sensor's signal and, utilizing a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforms it into a digital signal. Within the microprocessor, this signal undergoes precise linear and temperature correction, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
In transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the processed signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC current with an overlaid HART signal via a D/A converter. For models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the output is a complete digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operation mode on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing extensive flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. Our system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without recalibration.
