The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a high of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, effortlessly handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined faults, it enters a fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. If an error occurs, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzes, and identifies the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
