The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its highest. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior performance in anti-electromagnetic interference ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real time. In the event of a fault, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.This makes maintaining the instrument moreconvenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, and EEPROM software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
