The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This high-precision instrument amplifies the signal generated by the sensor, which is then processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital format. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols boast direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational mode details. Furthermore, parameter configuration can be accomplished via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and displaying the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement, making maintenance more simple and convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system can automatically diagnose the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
