The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. The transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems following predefined event thresholds. If a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifying and displaying the faulty unit. This streamlines maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as either warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
