The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is a marvel of advanced engineering, incorporating a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a highly modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and conversion through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal is then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature by the embedded microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with an overlaid HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals, respectively. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three convenient adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault details, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatile and user-friendly operation.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting anomalies, it transitions to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' swiftly analyzing and pinpointing the defective unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be effortlessly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.
