The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the fault, and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
