The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum precision of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unwavering stability and reliability.
ZY8000 incorporates an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.This feature ensures that addressing issues is both convenient and efficient,ensuring minimal downtime and maximized productivity.
The diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without readjustment.
