The ZY8000 offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to reach an outstanding 0.075% FS. It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, offering significant maintenance cost savings. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the transmitter withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its superior resistance to electromagnetic interference ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 boasts an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err' and identify the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
