The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000D.
The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. When it detects predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an error (Err), identifies, and shows the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
