The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter stands out with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a phenomenal 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it adeptly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems upon detecting predefined events. When a fault arises, the LCD automatically displays an error message (Err), analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.This functionality makes the process much more straightforward and efficient..
The diagnostic function can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. This automated system diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of electronic unit or measuring element damage, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
