The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter achieves 0.1% FS accuracy (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a strong metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 incorporates an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. Upon encountering predefined events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error code, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for recalibration.
