The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a base accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting down maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.and convenient.
The diagnostic function is also accessible via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, expressing alarms as warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be directly replaced onsite without readjustment.
