The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest at 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's unparalleled stability and reliability.

Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design, ensuring top-tier performance. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into a digital signal. This signal is then meticulously processed through linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, guaranteeing precise and reliable data.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal overlaid with HART communication by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals as direct outputs. Critical data, including measurement unit information and transmitter functional parameters, are securely stored in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the site using the 3 adjustment buttons and instantly access measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols is fully supported.

The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measurement element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
