The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design to deliver unparalleled performance. By amplifying the sensor's signal and processing it through a high-speed dual A/D converter, the device translates the signal into a digital format. This digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, enhanced with HART protocol via the D/A converter. For models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The transmitter maintains the measuring unit's data and functional parameters separately within two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while also reading measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the integrated LCD display. Parameters can also be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for added convenience and versatility.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a possible high of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses, while its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon encountering specified event thresholds, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, signaling with an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing the fault for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressing in warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be immediately replaced on-site without readjustment.
