Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily used in the start, close, pressure balance, and discharge of input signals for differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It is designed for easy installation, maintenance, and online inspection of the instruments. The valve group is available in various configurations, including 2-valve, 3-valve, and 5-valve groups, tailored to their specific functions.

Additionally, the valve group comes in multiple structural types, including P type (Flat type), T type, H type, and cylinder stop valve.

Integrated Valve Group
Assemble the transmitter and the valve group in the factory and perform comprehensive pressure and leakage tests. This reduces on-site installation procedures and mitigates leakage risks associated with transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
·Safety Stop Pin
Utilizes a stainless steel pin to prevent the valve seat from detaching from the valve body, ensuring operational safety.

An integrated design offers high strength and reliability, making it suited for demanding applications.
·Valve Seat Sealing
Employs hard sealing between stainless steel components for superior safety and reliability.
·Valve Core
The valve core features a segmented structure that enhances sealing performance and extends the service life of the valve group. Additionally, the handle's maneuverability has been improved.
·Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is utilized between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to reduce friction and enhance sealing performance.
