The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 provides real-time monitoring of its operational status. In the event of predefined faults, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals to system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty component, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement activities.
This ensures that the instrument remains user-friendly and highly efficient,even in demanding operational conditions.
