The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its robust performance against electromagnetic interference ensures the ZY8000's outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions that monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement. Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be shown as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without reconfiguration..
