The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of engineering, featuring cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sleek modular design. This advanced sensor technology generates signals that are amplified and converted into digital data through a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unbeatable accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device transmits a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are stored securely in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter ensures a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, offering significant maintenance cost savings. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference properties guarantee its high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will activate a fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault occurrence, the LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyze and pinpoint the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.This makes the entire process more convenient and efficient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously diagnoses the operational statuses of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.
