The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a phenomenal basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the capability to reach up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a 99.9% accuracy rate, offering significant savings on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter is adept at handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it triggers an alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined events. In the event of an issue, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit and simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
