The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies and converts sensor signals via a high-speed dual A/D converter into precise digital signals. These signals are then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature by the onboard microprocessor.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signal is translated into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF configurations deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measured data and functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site with the three adjustment buttons, read measurement results, fault data, and operational modes directly from the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setups can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Upon detecting anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD displays 'Err,' automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element gets damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
