The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a cutting-edge modular design. This innovative device produces a signal that, after amplification, is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. The sophisticated microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust the parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and can read measurements, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, settings can also be adjusted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocol interfaces.

The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. The ZY8000 also features outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In case of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed in the form of warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing readjustments.
