The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. Further processing within the microprocessor ensures precise linear and temperature correction, delivering unparalleled performance.
For HART protocol transmitters, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal overlaid with HART communication by a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The essential data of the measurement unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three convenient adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm can be indicated by warning or fault protection current. If the electronic unit or measuring component is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
