The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, crafted by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and a high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then meticulously processed for linearity and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by a D/A converter. In contrast, transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, full digital output signals. The crucial data of the measuring unit and operational parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, read measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. In case of predefined fault events, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, which analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed through warning or fault protection currents. This automatic diagnosis covers SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software operational status. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
