With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
