The ZY8000 Anti-Corrosion High Precision Flange Connection Pressure Sensor can achieve exceptionally accurate pressure measurements for gases,liquids, and other mediums. It finds extensive applications in petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.The ZY8000 offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Furthermore, it boasts superior performance against electromagnetic interference, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after exceeding predefined thresholds. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit. This simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes of the instrument, making them moreconvenient and efficient..
