The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS), maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, dramatically reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to endure extreme chemical and mechanical challenges. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting faults, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, pinpointing the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes. These features make instrument upkeep convenient and efficient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of electronic unit or measuring element damage, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
