The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. It promptly enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined event thresholds are exceeded. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit. This simplifies the instrument's maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient and convenient.
