The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifying and displaying the faulty unit for streamlined maintenance, repair, and replacement.
