ZY8000 series offers exceptional accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing, this transmitter features fully sealed measuring elements that effortlessly withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals then undergo linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC signals, superimposed with HART signals by the D/A converter. In the case of transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they provide direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The device's measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that provide real-time self-monitoring. Should a fault occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), identifying and analyzing the faulty unit to facilitate easier maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Our robust diagnostic capabilities can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring elements, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for re-calibration.
