The ZY8000 boasts a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS (with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements make it adept at handling extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Simultaneously, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring ZY8000's exceptional stability and high reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
